1. Acceptance

By accessing sentience.social, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Services

sentience.social provides a suite of AI-powered creative and productivity tools ("Modules") accessible through a unified subscription. Modules include but are not limited to: Unfurl, Lattice, Nexaeon, UIKittiez, RiffRitual, Forge, Vault, Canvas, Studio, Bloom, Pulse, Relay, Chronicle, Marketplace, and Orbit.

3. Accounts

You must create an account (Nexus ID) to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account provides single sign-on access to all platform modules.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some modules use AI to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Marketplace

If you sell digital assets on Marketplace, you represent that you own or have the right to sell those assets. Platform fees apply to Marketplace transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

sentience.social is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
